We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are required to provide a valid reason for the return, along with proof of purchase. Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or items marked as "non-returnable" may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will only be issued for the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
